What makes Kingston Jewellery Unique?

All Kingston Jewellery designs are handmade, hand-painted and one-of-a-kind pieces. They are not mass produced and so there is not an unlimited supply available at all times.  For this reason, I ask that all customers are patient when waiting for the next upload.

Why is your shop empty?

See above. While I would love to have product available at all times for my customers, it is not physically possible for me to keep up with the demand. I have always wanted my pieces to remain unique and handmade and so mass producing is not an option for me.

Do you do custom orders?

No, sorry.

Care

Our earrings are delicate so try not to get them wet and keep them in a safe place. To ensure your Kingston's are in fab condition please wipe with a damp cloth. 

Brass is a raw material and should be treated with care to avoid damage. Avoid exposure to oils, chemicals & perfume. If they tarnish, try wiping with brass cleaners or a jewellery cloth.  

Returns and Exchanges

If there are any issues with your purchase please contact me and I will do my best to resolve the problem. Refunds & returns will not be issued unless the item is faulty.

Postage

Your postage will be calculated by weight at checkout. If you put through separate transactions in one day, and pay postage for each, you will not be refunded for the second postage.  Please checkout all at once.

Your items will be shipped within 1-3 business days of payment being received. Please note transit times will vary depending on your location and international orders can take up to 2-4 weeks. 

All our items are sent with a tracking number and if you have provided your email address you will receive a notification and tracking information. Please ensure your postal address is correct as once we lodge your order with our shipment company, we unfortunately cannot make any adjustments. We do not take any responsibility for any incorrect details (you will be charged postage to resend) and packages once marked as delivered by our shipment company.
